KLCE (97.3 FM) is a radio station broadcasting an adult contemporary format. Licensed to Blackfoot, Idaho, United States, the station serves the Pocatello, Idaho Falls, and Rexburg area. The station is currently owned by Riverbend Communications, LLC.
The station was assigned the calls KBLI on June 2, 1980. On May 10, 1984, the station changed its call sign to the current KLCE. KLCE was a successful market leader with their adult contemporary format in Eastern Idaho, led by Wayne Richards, PD and morning personality. Richards accidentally died in a scuba accident in Hawaii in September 2008. The station maintained its dominance with Mike Nelson replacing Wayne as morning host and PD, along with music director and afternoon host, Paul Walker. The station continues to serve the adult female demographic in East Idaho.
