KRNV-DT is an NBC-affiliated television station licensed to Reno, Nevada, United States. It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on VHF channel 7 (or virtual channel 4 via ) from a transmitter facility shared with CBS affiliate KTVN (channel 2) and ABC affiliate KOLO-TV (channel 8) on Slide Mountain between SR 431 and I-580/US 395/US 395 ALT in unincorporated Washoe County. The station can also be seen on Charter Spectrum channel 4 and in high definition on digital channel 784.
Owned by Cunningham Broadcasting, KRNV is operated by the Sinclair Broadcast Group under joint sales and shared services agreements. This makes it a sister station to Fox affiliate KRXI-TV (channel 11), which is owned by Sinclair outright, and MyNetworkTV affiliate KAME-TV (channel 21), which is owned by Deerfield Media and operated by Sinclair under a separate JSA. However, Sinclair effectively owns KRNV as the majority of Cunningham's stock is owned by the family of deceased group founder Julian Smith. KRNV maintains studios on Vassar Street in Reno, while KRXI and KAME share separate facilities on Brookside Court in Reno on the eastern side of the Reno–Tahoe International Airport.
