Justyn Knight (born 19 July 1996) is a Canadian long-distance track and road runner. Knight represents Syracuse in cross country and track. He is the 2016 Men's DI National Cross Country runner-up.
Knight was born Toronto, Ontario and raised in Toronto, where he took up distance running. Knight won 2013 national junior cross country title at the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations.
Knight was recruited by Syracuse. At the 2016 NCAA DI Indoor T&F Championships, Knight finished in third place in the 3000 meters final round. At the 2015 NCAA DI Outdoor T&F Championships, Knight placed sixth in the 5000 meters, earning his first All-American honors in track and field in his NCAA collegiate career. Knight placed fourth overall at the 2015 NCAA DI Cross Country Championships and in 2016 was runner-up behind Patrick Tiernan when he earned All-America status in Cross Country.
