Julie Andem is a Norwegian screenwriter and television producer.

She is probably best known as screenwriter for the young adult internet/television series Skam (2015–present). At the 2016 Gullruten awards, the series won three prizes, for best TV drama, best new program series, and newcomer of the year. The series has also been well received internationally, such as in Denmark, Sweden and China, and for the US market the concept has been sold to Simon Fuller's production company XIX Entertainment.

As an actress, Andem took part in the 2011 film Hjelp, vi er i filmbransjen.
