Josh "The Fat Jew" Ostrovsky (born February 18, 1982) is an American pop-culture commentator and model.
Early in his career, Ostrovsky worked on the E! Channel and was a member of the rap group Team Facelift.
He has contributed to Bloomberg Television and promoted Virgin Mobile, Burger King, Bud Light and Beats Electronics. In 2015, he launched the wine brand White Girl Rosé. He hosted a radio show on Apple Music Beats 1 called "Money, Pizza, Respect" and released a book of the same name in 2015 with Grand Central Publishing.
He claims to be a "plus-size model" and has appeared as a main player in the music video for DNCE's "Cake by the Ocean" and in Inked magazine, recreating poses from notable photo-shoots.
Following a 2015 controversy, Ostrovsky admitted to the unauthorized use of several comedians' jokes. The controversy drew attention to the cancellation of Ostrovsky's Comedy Central pilot, which a representative from the network said happened months prior.
