Win ning a seven matches in a row, his biggest win at the helm of Geylang International FC was a 6-0 victory over Warriors F.C..
Bought Yazid Yasin, Hafiz Osman, Hafiz Nor]], Kento Fukuda, Shaiful Esah, Zulfadli Zainal, and Poh Yi Feng as well as the acquisition of Singapore starter Madhu Mohana in the off-season for Warriors F.C.. An enraged Jorg Steinbrunner shouted at the referee after a controversial penalty appeal was allowed, making the score 2-2 in the 50th minute, winning 4-2 at full-time.
