Jonesburg is a city in Montgomery County, Missouri, United States. The population was 768 at the 2010 census.

Jonesburg was platted in 1858, and named in honor of James Jones, a pioneer citizen. A post office called Jonesburgh was established in 1868, and the name was changed to Jonesburg in 1893.

Jonesburg is located at 38°51′18″N 91°18′36″W / 38.85500°N 91.31000°W / 38.85500; -91.31000 (38.855124, -91.309961).
