Jonathan Shell (born December 1, 1987 in Danville, Kentucky) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 36 since January 8, 2013.
Shell earned his BA in agricultural business from Eastern Kentucky University.
Shell has voted for Kentucky bill HB-2 which Requires Ultrasound 24 Hours Prior to Abortion and play the heartbeat sound to the mother. He has also voted against raising the state minimum wage to $9.15 in 2016. He has voted against increasing the penalty for convicted drug dealers.
