Johann Viktor Bredt (2 March 1879 – 12 December 1940) was a German Weimar era justice minister.
Bredt was born in Barmen the only son of Viktor Bredt Richard and Amalie Molineus. He rose to be Minister of Justice in 1930 succeeding Theodor von Guérard.
Bredt died in Marburg.
