Jo-Ann Roberts (born Sept 7, 1956) is a Canadian journalist and the former host of the CBC's All Points West radio program.
Roberts first began working for the CBC in 1976, starting her career in Atlantic Canada. In 2004, she became host of CBC Radio One's All Points West, a weekday afternoon radio program produced at the CBC Victoria (B.C.) broadcast centre, a position she held for ten years. In December 2014, Roberts retired in order to campaign against funding cuts to the CBC and pursue a political career. On 24 January 2015, Roberts announced she would be seeking the Green Party of Canada nomination in Victoria for the upcoming federal election. Green Party Leader Elizabeth May was present for the announcement and said she was excited that Roberts had chosen to seek the nomination.
