Jennings is a town in Pawnee County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 363 at the 2010 census, a 2.7 percent decline from 373 at the 2000 census.
Jennings is located at 36°10′50″N 96°34′11″W / 36.18056°N 96.56972°W (36.180666, -96.569623). According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.6 km2), all of it land.
