Jason Patrick Willis (born July 26, 1980) is an American football wide receiver who is currently a free agent.

Willis attended Saint Bernard High School in Playa Del Rey, California. His junior year, Willis received regional honors as a running back and safety. As a senior, he was the Defensive Player of the Year as a safety as well a member of the "All Regional Team" as a running back and SuperPrep All-American candidate . Willis was a three-year starter on offense and defense. He also ran track, including top honors in the 200 m, 400 m, 4 × 100 m relay, and 4 × 400 m relay.

Willis played collegiately at the University of Oregon. While there, he started his junior and senior year and played in 47 games, totaling 93 catches for 1,117 yards with three touchdowns. While contributing his sophomore year as a solid 3rd receiver behind Marshaun Tucker and Keenan Howry, Willis still managed to score the game winning touchdown vs. University of Texas in the 2000 Culligan Holiday Bowl in San, Diego, California. As a redshirt freshman Willis contributed on special teams mostly but still saw action at receiver. Willis was known for his blocking ability, versatile ability to serve as a running back in vital games as well and was considered a sure handed possession receiver. In 2002 Willis along with teammates Keenan Howry and Sammie Parker, were displayed on a 10 story Downtown billboard in downtown Los Angeles representing Oregon Football. The billboard was used as a vital recruiting tool in Los Angeles and also served as a personal message for the three wide receiver's that all attended high school in Los Angeles but weren't recruited by any California programs. Willis also ran track for the University of Oregon with a personal best of 21.05 (200 m) in addition to being the lead-off leg for the 4 × 100 m relay team.

Willis signed with the Seattle Seahawks active roster as an undrafted free agent his rookie year 2003 but was placed on injured reserve after breaking his thumb in the opening game of that year. He was allocated to NFL Europe to play with the Frankfurt Galaxy, where he led the team in receptions and yards and paced first place in the league with an average of 30 yards per kickoff return. Willis also led his team to the 2004 World Bowl Championship, where they were defeated by the Berlin Thunder.
