Jarrold & Sons Ltd is a Norwich–based company that was founded in 1770 in Woodbridge, Suffolk. It moved to Norwich in 1823. It is privately owned, with members of the Jarrold family still having a significant involvement in running it.

It is principally known as a retail business, with a flagship award-winning department store in the centre of Norwich that was designed by George John Skipper (1856–1948) between 1903 and 1905. Nikolaus Pevsner describes it as "baroque" in style. There are also several specialist shops in Norwich, as well as shops in Wymondham and Cromer.

The non-retail divisions of the Jarrold group of companies are Jarrold Properties, Jarrold Training and St James Facility Management. Its activities previously included Jarrold Publishing and Jarrold Printing.

The company sponsored the construction of a new stand at Norwich City F.C.'s Carrow Road football ground, now known as The Jarrold Stand, the original sponsorship deal ceased in 2016.
