Jane Haycock Woods (born October 10, 1946) is an American educator and Republican politician who served as a member of the Virginia Senate and Virginia House of Delegates. She was for many years an elementary teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools. In 1999, Woods lost her Senate reelection bid against former U.S. Representative Leslie L. Byrne and, in 2002, was appointed Virginia Secretary of Health and Human Resources by Democratic Governor Mark Warner.
