James Bulkeley, 6th Viscount Bulkeley (1717 – 23 April 1752) was a Welsh politician and peer.
Bulkeley was the second son of Richard Bulkeley, 4th Viscount Bulkeley and Bridget, daughter of James Bertie, 1st Earl of Abingdon. He succeeded his childless older brother as Viscount Bulkeley on his death in 1738.
Bulkeley was elected Member of Parliament for Beaumaris in 1739, after the death of his brother, and would hold the office until his death in 1752.
He married Emma, daughter of Thomas Rowlands of Caerau, Anglesey, and Nant, Caernarfonshire on 5 August 1749. Together they had 3 children, including one posthumous son:
