Jacob Wallenberg (27 September 1892 – 1 August 1980) was a Swedish banker and industrial leader.
He was born in to Marcus Wallenberg, Sr. and Amalia Hagdahl, and was a brother of Marcus Wallenberg, Jr.
Wallenberg held various central positions in . He was also chairman of the board of several companies, including Stora Kopparbergs Bergslag and Orkla Mining Company. From 1934 to 1944 he was a member of the Swedish governmental commission for trade with Germany. His decorations include Grand Cross of the Order of the German Eagle (from Nazi Germany), Commander of the Danish Order of the Dannebrog, Commander of the Order of the White Rose of Finland, Knight of the French Legion of Honour, Commander Grand Cross of the Order of the Polar Star and Commander Grand Cross of the Order of Vasa.
