Jackson Junction is a city in Winneshiek County, Iowa, United States. The population was 58 at the 2010 census. It is the home of Turkey Valley Community School District, which serves the nearby communities of Waucoma; Lawler; Fort Atkinson; St. Lucas and Protivin as well as its rural areas.

Jackson Junction is located at 43°6′25″N 92°2′48″W / 43.10694°N 92.04667°W / 43.10694; -92.04667 (43.106913, -92.046724).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 5.99 square miles (15.51 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 58 people, 21 households, and 18 families residing in the city. The population density was 9.7 inhabitants per square mile (3.7/km2). There were 23 housing units at an average density of 3.8 per square mile (1.5/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 98.3% White and 1.7% Asian.

There were 21 households of which 38.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.7% were married couples living together, 14.3% had a female householder with no husband present, 4.8% had a male householder with no wife present, and 14.3% were non-families. 14.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
