J. B. Jennings (born March 27, 1974) is an American politician. He was first elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2002 to represent District 7, which covers both Baltimore County and Harford Counties along with fellow Republicans Rick Impallaria and Pat McDonough. In 2006, he won again along with Impallaria and McDonough.

In 2010, Jennings won District 7's State Senate seat, and he was re-elected in 2014.

J.B. married Michelle Slusher Jennings in 2004.

J.B. Jennings grew up in Phoenix, Maryland where he attended and graduated from Dulaney High School. He then attended Essex Community College, where he received his A.A. in 1995. He then transferred to the University of Baltimore, where he graduated in 1997 with his B.S. in Business Administration.

Jennings was a beef farmer from 1992 until becoming a dairy farmer/owner in 2008. He also served as a staff assistant for Robert Ehrlich while he was a Congressman. In 1998, Jennings became co-owner and president of a feed store in Hereford, Maryland, later selling his controlling interest in the property. Since 1990, he has served as a member of the Jacksonville Volunteer Fire Company, Station 47 in Jacksonville, Maryland, which is northeast of Baltimore. Jennings has served with the Maryland Air National Guard as a loadmaster on the C-27J Spartan since 2008.
