Irfan Khoosat (Urdu: عرفان کھوسٹ) is a Pakistani actor, producer and a well-known comedian. He is famous for his comic role as Hawaldar Karamdad in the TV series Andhera Ujala in which he portrayed simpleton and blabbermouth character of a low-ranked policeman. He is also known as stage comedian. He also won Nigar Award for his comic role in 1985 film Hum se hai zamana.
Irfan was born in Okara, Punjab. He is the father of a notable TV director and actor Sarmad Sultan Khoosat.
He is son of famous comedian Late Sultan Khoosat, 50s radio and film comedian artist, the late Sultan Khoosat had a great talent of performing dramas and act in different voices on radio.
