Indre Fosen is a municipality in the district of Fosen in Trøndelag county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Årnset.
The municipality was established on 01 January 2018, the same day its county Trøndelag was established. It straddles the former county border, as it was formed by the unification of Rissa (formerly in Sør-Trøndelag) and Leksvik (formerly in Nord-Trøndelag) municipalities.
