The song was produced by James Rendon and Kayden Boche, written by Kayden Boche. Amelin recorded his vocals with Kayden Boche at Conway Recording Studios in Hollywood, California. On December 17, 2010, the full single premiered on Amelin's official YouTube channel. One week prior the release, Amelin talked about the song on his official website, stating :
"That's a crazily provocative, futuristic and satirical song. It's directly inspired from different personal experiences. Basically, this song crushes and makes fun of gossipers and openly criticizes infidelity".
The song premiered on French radio station Goom Radio on December 19, 2010. "Imma Bitch" was officially sent to radio stations on December 6, 2010.
As of May 8, 2015, the single is no longer available from digital download stores and streaming platforms worldwide.
