Hugh Wilson MacKay is a Canadian politician. He was elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly in the 2017 provincial election, defeating incumbent Denise Peterson-Rafuse of the NDP. A member of the Nova Scotia Liberal Party, he represents the electoral district of Chester-St. Margaret's.
Born in Nova Scotia, MacKay lives in Glen Haven, Nova Scotia, as the Executive Director of GeoAlliance Canada. He was the past-president of the Geomatics Association of Nova Scotia. He is a graduate of Nova Scotia Community College and Dalhousie University.
