Helenville is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Jefferson, Jefferson County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 249 at the 2010 census.
A post office called Helenville has been in operation since 1851. The community was named in honor of Helen, the wife of the original owner of the town site.
