Heilwood is a census-designated place (CDP) in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 711 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.8 square miles (9.8 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 786 people, 304 households, and 221 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 204.0 people per square mile (78.8/km²).
