Hebron is a city and county seat of Thayer County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 1,579 at the 2010 census.
Hebron was founded about 1869 by a colony of Disciples of Christ. It was named after the ancient city of Hebron.
A tornado in 1953 caused severe damage.
