California Sunrise is the second studio album by American country music artist Jon Pardi. The album was announced, along with its track listing and cover, on March 24, 2016, and released on June 17, 2016. The album was co-produced by Bart Butler, It was recorded in the studio with Pardi's full backing band. The singles "Head Over Boots", "Dirt on My Boots" and "Heartache on the Dance Floor" have been released from the album.

According to Pardi, who is a native of California, he wrote down title of the song which would become the album a long time ago. Pardi said: "I wanted to write a shout-out to the West Coast ... It's a romantic story that tells the beauty of California and the beauty of a relationship.. ... We wanted to write a cool, California-country sounding song, we had the Bob Segers and Jackson Brownes and Glen Freys in mind — that heavy acoustic and bouncy sound, but in a modern style." The first track, "Out of Style" is about writing a song. Each song was recorded with a full band as Pardi wanted the feel of a live recording. Pardi also wanted to "have the traditional country soul while meeting the new standards of country music". The album was produced by Bart Butler who also produced Pardi's first album Write You a Song.

The album debuted at No. 1 on the Top Country Albums chart, selling 24,000 copies in its first week. It also debuted at No. 11 on the Billboard 200 with 29,000 equivalent album units. It is Pardi's first No. 1 on the chart. As of April 2017, the album has sold 139,800 copies in the United States.
