Hapoel Shefa-'Amr (Hebrew: הפועל שפרעם) was an Israeli football club based in Shefa-'Amr.
The club was founded in 2007 and played in Liga Gimel Jezreel District. At the following season, the club played in Upper Galilee District. At the end of 2009–10 season, the club promoted to Liga Bet.
At 2016–17 season, the club promoted to Liga Alef.
