Hal Shockey (1927-2013) was a Canadian hunter. He spent most of his adult life in Saskatoon and worked in road construction. After Shockey retired from road working at the age of sixty-six, his son, Jim Shockey, invited Shockey to work for his outfitting show and company. From that point, Shockey became an important character on his son's hit hunting TV show on Outdoor Channel, which airs in America and Wild TV in Canada. Shockey married Lil Shockey. Shockey is related to Eva Shockey, Jim Shockey, Len Johann, an Branlin Shockey.
Shockey died on October 1, 2013 at the age of 86 of natural causes.
