Haemaphysalis longicornis is a species of tick.Lyme spirochetes and spotted fever group rickettsiae have been detected in H. longicornis, as have Ehrlichia chaffeensis and Anaplasma bovis.SFTS has also been shown to be transmitted via Haemaphysalis longicornis.
