Grafton is a regional rail station on the MBTA Commuter Rail Framingham/Worcester Line, located near Tufts University's Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in the North Grafton section of Grafton, Massachusetts. The station is fully handicapped accessible, with mini-high platforms serving both of the line's two tracks. Grafton station opened on February 23, 2000, the first of four infill stations added between Framingham and Worcester.
