Gord Donnelly (born April 5, 1962 in Montreal, Quebec) is a former ice hockey defenceman. He was drafted in the third round, 62nd overall, of the 1981 NHL Entry Draft by the St. Louis Blues. He played in the National Hockey League with the Quebec Nordiques, Winnipeg Jets, Buffalo Sabres, and Dallas Stars.
In his NHL career, Donnelly appeared in 554 games. He scored 28 goals and added 41 assists. In addition, he racked up 2,069 penalty minutes. He is currently an amateur scout for the Chicago Blackhawks. His sons Dillon and Regan Donnelly are both hockey players: Dillon played in the QMJHL for 5 years and was drafted by the Colorado Avalanche, while Regan played for the Peewee Lac St Louis Hockey Team.
