Goodings Grove was a census-designated place in northern Will County, Illinois, United States. The population was 17,084 at the 2000 census. It ceased to exist as an entity upon the incorporation of the village of Homer Glen, Illinois in 2001.
Goodings Grove was located at 41°37′34″N 87°56′26″W / 41.62611°N 87.94056°W (41.626164, -87.940460).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP had a total area of 9.4 square miles (24 km2), of which 0.11% is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 17,084 people, 5,109 households, and 4,649 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 1,813.6 people per square mile (700.2/km²).
