God Semenovich Nisanov (born 24 April 1972 in Krasnaya Sloboda,Azerbaijan Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR) is a Russian entrepreneur, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kievskaya Square company.
God Nisanov was born on 24 April 1972 in the settlement of Krasnaya Sloboda in Azerbaijan. His father was Semyon Davydovich Nisanov, director of a canned food factory, and his mother was Margarita Mordekhayevna Nisanova (née Abramova).
He received his first administrative experiences as a manager at his father’s factory. Later on he was engaged in oil product transportation and sales, and finally took up wholesale trade in 1992 with his friend and compatriot Zarakh Iliev.
President Putin awarded God Nisanov with the Order of Friendship “for his great contribution to economic project implementation and investment fund raising for Russian Federation economy” in 2014. One year after Putin's initial decree he was decorated with a memorial medal “70th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945“.
God Nisanov and Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin inaugurated Food City, the country's first agrocluster and the biggest wholesale and retail food store with an area of 85 hectares, in autumn of 2014. God Nisanov is a co-investor of the project.
Nisanov was elected Vice President of the World Jewish Congress, selected by communities from 115 countries, in September, 2014.
Nisanov and Moscow Mayor Sobyanin inaugurated the new international bus terminal South Gates, at the 19th kilometer of the Moscow Circular Highway, in spring of 2015. The businessman is a co-investor of that project as well.
