Gmina Sierakowice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kartuzy County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Sierakowice, which lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) west of Kartuzy and 49 km (30 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
The gmina covers an area of 182.36 square kilometres (70.4 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 16,570. It belongs to bilingual communes in Poland.
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Kashubian Landscape Park.
