Gmina Nowa Karczma is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kościerzyna County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Nowa Karczma, which lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of Kościerzyna and 39 km (24 mi) south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
The gmina covers an area of 113.33 square kilometres (43.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,288.
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Kashubian Landscape Park.
