Juan Antolínez Brecianos de la Rivera (died March 1610) was a Roman Catholic prelate who served as Bishop of Giovinazzo (1589-1610).
On 17 May 1589, Juan Antolínez Brecianos de la Rivera was appointed by Pope Sixtus V as Bishop of Giovinazzo. He served as Bishop of Giovinazzo until his death in March 1610. While bishop, he was the principal consecrator of Camillo Borghese (bishop), Bishop of Castro di Puglia, and Decio Caracciolo Rosso, Archbishop of Bari.
