Genoa is a village in Vernon County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 253 at the 2010 census. The village is within the Town of Genoa. There is also a village named Genoa City, Wisconsin.

Genoa is located at 43°34′26″N 91°13′35″W / 43.57389°N 91.22639°W / 43.57389; -91.22639 (43.574155, -91.226494).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.31 square miles (0.80 km2), of which, 0.30 square miles (0.78 km2) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km2) is water.

As of the census of 2010, there were 253 people, 110 households, and 73 families residing in the village. The population density was 843.3 inhabitants per square mile (325.6/km2). There were 120 housing units at an average density of 400.0 per square mile (154.4/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 97.2% White, 1.6% Native American, 0.4% Asian, and 0.8% from two or more races.

There were 110 households of which 24.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.7% were married couples living together, 7.3% had a female householder with no husband present, 6.4% had a male householder with no wife present, and 33.6% were non-families. 29.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.30 and the average family size was 2.79.
