Gauri Khan (born Gauri Chibber; 8 October 1970), is an Indian film producer and interior designer. She is the co-owner of the film production and distribution company Red Chillies Entertainment along with her husband, the Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan.

Khan has produced several critically acclaimed and blockbuster films, including Main Hoon Na (2004), Om Shanti Om (2007), My Name Is Khan (2010), Ra.One (2011), Chennai Express (2013), Happy New Year (2014) and Dilwale (2015)—the last three rank among the highest grossing Hindi films.

Gauri Chibber was born in Delhi to Punjabi parents Savita and Colonel Ramesh Chandra Chibber and raised in the suburb of Panchsheel Park. She completed her schooling at Loreto Convent School, she completed her eleventh and twelth from Modern School, Delhi; and graduated from Lady Shri Ram College with a Bachelor's degree in B.A(Hons.) in History she also completed a short term six months course in fashion designing from NIFT, Delhi and learnt tailoring due to her father's garment business.

She met Shah Rukh Khan in 1984, and married him on 25 October 1991 prior to his successful Bollywood career. They have 3 children: son Aryan Khan (b. 12 November 1997), daughter Suhana Khan (b. 22 May 2000), and son AbRam Khan (b. 27 May 2013 via surrogacy).

In 2004, together with Shah Rukh Khan and distribution company Red Chillies Entertainment serves as the main producer, she became producer of Farah Khan's directorial debut Main Hoon Na, which launched her career as a producer in Bollywood. The film did well at the box office, becoming the second highest-grossing film of the year. She also made a guest appearance in Om Shanti Om (2007) and Happy New Year (2014).
