Gailes railway station is located on the Main line in Queensland, Australia. Although the station serves the suburb of Gailes in the City of Ipswich, it is actually located just outside the suburb in Wacol, City of Brisbane. It was originally named Pullen Pullen Flats. In 1919, it was renamed Dingo Hill and again in 1925 to Gailes.

Gailes is served by City network services operating from Caboolture and Bowen Hills to Ipswich and Rosewood.
