Główczyce [ɡwufˈt͡ʂɨt͡sɛ] (German Glowitz) is a village in Słupsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Główczyce. It lies approximately 28 kilometres (17 mi) north-east of Słupsk and 87 km (54 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Before 1648 the area was part of Duchy of Pomerania; for various periods between 1648 and 1945 it was in Prussia and Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration by the Potsdam Agreement under territorial changes demanded by the Soviet Union. Most Germans fled or were expelled and replaced with Poles expelled from the Polish areas annexed by the Soviet Union.

The village has a population of 2,048.
