France Gareau (born April 15, 1967) is a Canadian athlete, who competed in the sprint events. Gareau was born in Verner, Ontario.

Gareau competed for Canada in the 1984 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, United States in the 100 m and the 4 × 100 m relay, where she anchored Canada to the silver medal (as a 17-year-old) with her team mates Angela Bailey, Marita Payne and Angella Taylor-Issajenko. She won a silver medal at the Francophone Games in 1989 as a member of the 4 x 100 metre relay and the 4 x400 metre relay. France was also Canadian Champion at the 100 metres in 1989. She also won a bronze medal at the 1990 Commonwealth Games in the 4 x 400 metre relay and a bronze in the 4 x 100 metre relay as the anchor runner, at the 1993 Summer Universiade. In 1994 she won a gold medal as a member of the 4 x 400 metre, and silver as a member of the 4 x 100 metre relay squads at the Francophone Games. She is married to former Ottawa Rough Riders and BC Lions player Sean Foudy.
