Frédéric Lemoine (born 27 June 1965) is a French businessman, and Chairman of Wendel’s Executive Board since April 2009. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of Wendel from June 2008 to April 2009. He has been Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bureau Veritas since March 2017, and a board member of Saint-Gobain. Since January 2011 he has been a board member of Insead.
Since March 2017, he has been Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bureau Veritas.
From 2013 to February 2017, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bureau Veritas.
From 2009 to 2013, he was Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bureau Veritas.

At the same time he was a chargé de mission with the Secretary of State for Healthcare and the National Health Insurance system (Hervé Gaymard).
In 1992 and 1993, he headed the Institut du Coeur of Hô Chi Minh-City, in Vietnam, for a year. From 2004 to May 2011, he was General Secretary of the Fondation Alain Carpentier, which supports this hospital.
He graduated from HEC Paris in 1986 and Sciences Po in 1987. He holds a law degree and is a graduate of École nationale d'administration (Victor Hugo promotion).
