"For din skyld" ("For your sake") was the Danish entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1965, performed in Danish by Birgit Brüel.

The song was performed fourteenth on the night, following Italy's Bobby Solo with "Se piangi, se ridi" and preceding Luxembourg's France Gall with "Poupée de cire, poupée de son". At the close of voting, it had received 10 points, placing 7th in a field of 18.

The song is a ballad, with Brüel explaining that she behaves in a feminine manner for the sake of her lover, however she would prefer him not to require it of her. As she puts it, "I don't care for men, who are men/But for men, who are human" [1].

It was succeeded as Danish representative at the 1966 Contest by Ulla Pia with "Stop - mens legen er go'".
