Florentina Olar-Spânu (born 6 August 1985) is a Romanian football striker, currently playing for Fortuna Hjørring in the Danish Elitedivisionen. She previously played for CFF Clujana in the Romanian First League, SS Lazio in Italy's Serie A, and Cypriot club Apollon Limassol.
She is a member of the Romanian national team since 2001.
Spânu accompanied compatriot Laura Rus in signing for Danish UEFA Women's Champions League contenders Fortuna Hjørring in 2013.
