Flå is a former municipality in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. Flå is located in the eastern part of the present-day municipality of Melhus. The administrative centre was the village of Ler. The main church for the area is Flå Church.

The municipality of Flaa was established in 1880 when the old municipality of Melhus was divided into two. The new municipality had an initial population of 614. The spelling was later changed to Flå. On 1 January 1964, Flå was merged with Horg, Hølonda, Melhus, and part of Buvik to form a new, larger municipality of Melhus. Prior to the merger Flå had a population of 843.
