Fittja Mosque

The Fittja Mosque (Swedish: Fittja moské) is a mosque in Turkish style architecture. Construction began in 1998 and finished in 2007. The mosque is owned by the local Turkish Islamic Association, which has about 1,500 members. The minaret is 32.5 metres high, and is the tallest minaret in Europe. The mosque in Fier, Albania is higher still, at 51 metres.
