Feleti Penitala Teo OBE (born 9 October 1962), also spelled Feleti Te'o, is a Tuvaluan former Secretary General of the Pacific Islands Forum.

In December 2014 Teo was appointed the Executive Director of the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (WCPFC). Teo as previously served as Attorney General of Tuvalu, Director General of the Forum Fishery Agency, Deputy Secretary General of the Pacific Islands Forum and immediately before his appointment to the WCPFC he was the interim Secretary General of the Pacific Islands Development Forum.

Feleti Teo received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. He obtained his Master of Laws degree in Public Law from Australian National University in Canberra, Australia.

Teo served as the Attorney General of Tuvalu, with the official title of Attorney General and Head of the Legal and Judicial Services of Tuvalu. Before becoming Secretary General of the Pacific Islands Forum, Teo served as the Director General of the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA), which is based in Honiara, Solomon Islands.

Teo was appointed acting Secretary General of the Pacific Islands Forum on 2 May 2008, following the resignation of Australian Greg Urwin due to illness. Teo had served as Urwin's deputy Secretary General. He officially began work at the Secretariat on 22 May 2008.
