Falls Township is a township in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,995 at the 2010 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 21.15 square miles (54.8 km2), of which, 20.6 square miles (53 km2) of it is land and 0.55 square miles (1.4 km2) of it (2.6%) is water.
As of the census of 2010, there were 1,995 people, 771 households, and 560 families residing in the township. The population density was 96.8 people per square mile (37.4/km²). There were 824 housing units at an average density of 40/sq mi (15.6/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 97.5% White, 1.1% African American, 0.1% Native American, 0.1% Asian, 0.1% Pacific Islander, 0.5% from other races, and 0.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.3% of the population.
There were 771 households out of which 30.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.5% were married couples living together, 9.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.4% were non-families. 23.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 11% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.52 and the average family size was 2.97.
In the township the population was spread out with 24.4% under the age of 18, 59.3% from 18 to 64, and 16.3% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 43 years.
