Falih Faisal Fahad Alfayyadh (Arabic:فالح الفياض) is an Iraqi politician, head and advisor of the National Security Council, chairman of the Popular Mobilization Forces and founder of the "Ataa Movement".
Alfayyadh was born 1 February 1956 in Baghdad. He received his bachelor's degree in "Electrical Engineering" from the University of Mosul in 1977. He is the Chairman of the Popular Mobilization Forces and the Chairman and Founder of the Ataa Movement. He also served as advisor of National Security Council in the current Iraqi government.
