Fairfield Beach is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Fairfield County, Ohio, United States. The population was 1,292 at the 2010 census.

Fairfield Beach is located in the northeast corner of Walnut Township and Fairfield County at 39°54′53″N 82°28′41″W / 39.91472°N 82.47806°W / 39.91472; -82.47806 (39.914783, -82.478016), on the south shore of Buckeye Lake. The northern border of the CDP is the Licking County line.

Fairfield Beach is 4 miles (6 km) northwest of Thornville, 5 miles (8 km) northeast of Millersport, and 33 miles (53 km) east of downtown Columbus. The village of Buckeye Lake is directly across the lake from Fairfield Beach, about 1 mile (1.6 km) by boat but 11 miles (18 km) by road.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.97 square miles (2.5 km2), of which 0.66 square miles (1.7 km2) is land and 0.31 square miles (0.8 km2), or 32.52%, is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1,163 people, 470 households, and 321 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 1,795.7 people per square mile (690.8/km²). There were 560 housing units at an average density of 864.7/sq mi (332.6/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.68% White, 0.17% African American, 0.26% Native American, 0.09% Pacific Islander, 0.09% from other races, and 1.72% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.26% of the population.
